This English version is a translation of the Dutch version. In case of inconsistencies, the Dutch version prevails.
If you want us to delete your data, there are two routes. Which one you need depends on what you want gone.
1. The connection with your social channels
You can do this yourself, and it takes effect immediately:
- Log in to Revisual.
- Go to Settings and open Social channels.
- Click Disconnect for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube.
That deletes the access token of that channel from our database. After that we can no longer publish anything for you.
For YouTube, we also revoke our access at Google and immediately delete the channel name and the counts. We keep the video ID as a record of what was posted.
It also works from the other side. On Facebook, go to Settings, then Business integrations, select Revisual and remove the app. On TikTok, go to Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps permissions, and remove Revisual there. Our token stops working immediately. We clear the row in our database as soon as we notice the access is gone, or sooner if you ask us to.
For YouTube, you can also revoke access in your Google Account security settings. If access stops working after that, we delete the same data within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete it at [email protected].
Posts that have already been published are on your own channels. You can only delete those there, on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube itself.
2. Deleting everything
If you want us to delete your entire account, including the photos, the videos and the properties, send a message to [email protected] from the address we know you by. Add the word "verwijderingsverzoek" (deletion request).
We confirm within seven days and delete within thirty days. What we keep after that is only what the law requires us to keep, in particular invoices, which we have to retain for seven years.
